School Reluctance Program
This program aims to address the early signs for students who are experiencing anxiety about coming to school. Reasons for non-attendance are identified, counselling facilitates regular attendance and support is provided to the student, parents and teacher to achieve continued attendance. The service is available to teachers and parents who have noticed a recent change in the child’s attitude towards school attendance and is appropriate for all school-aged children across the government, Catholic and independent schools systems.
