Seasons Adult Peer Support Program Print E-mail

ImageThe Adult Support program is a non-denominational program designed to assist adults in coping with loss and grief associated with the unexpected death of a significant person in their lives, the breakdown of an important relationship, or difficult life transitions such as forced retirement, unemployment or empty nest. Similar to Seasons for 5-18 year olds the Adult program is facilitated by a Seasons trained Companion, in a group setting, where participants are encouraged to share their stories, explore their reactions to grief and learn positive skills for creating resilience and strength to move forward with their lives.
