Centacare develops resources in conjunction with its offering of various programs and services. The following is a brief description of these resources. GodStart Materials
ImageThe GodStart Program is offered by the Family Resource Project Office, whose role is to provide parishes with resources, and support that assists them in building strong families and well-connected communities.  The GodStart Program is a post-baptismal program available as a kit that includes beautifully illustrated cards and a prayer book intended to assist parishes throughout Australia to keep in touch with young families in the early years before their child enters school.

Seasons™ Loss and Grief Program
The Seasons Loss and Grief Program offers a range of peer support programs that for school aged children and adolescents, adults and homeless youth. Individuals known as Companions facilitate the programs. The resources used to train and support Companions in their group work and are available for that purpose including, Seasons Peer Support Group Programs for: 5-18 Year Olds, Life Threatening Illness, Adults and Youth Homelessness.

Family Week (including current and archived curriculum materials)
Family Week is a joint initiative of Centacare and the Catholic Education Office offered annually to schools throughout the Archdiocese in May. Based on a new theme each year, this event celebrates family through a professionally written curriculum with the approval of the CEO, and linked to the work of Centacare with families in the community.
