Centacare’s internal training programs are open to external professionals who wish to develop their clinical skills. In 2010, Centacare is offering a limited number of places in their professional development study program for practitioners. Except for Supervision Training, each training group will run for two and a half hours once a month for 9 months. Participants in each training group will include Centacare practitioners as part of our internal clinical development and enhancement program, and a small number of places for external practitioners. The courses are all run by highly qualified and experienced ‘experts’ in their field.  The cost for external participants is $660 (including GST) per training group.

• Core Concepts in Couple Counselling
• Play Therapy
• Relationship Education Facilitation
• Honing your Supervisory Skills
• Specific topics in Couple Counselling

In addition to our professional training programs, Centacare is proud to announce our calendar of evening Soirees.  Our experienced professional presenters have selected important topics which will be of great interest to the sector.  Each evening will commence at 6pm with champagne and nibbles, and the opportunity for you to network with clinicians from Centacare and others in the professional field of relationship services.  The presentation will begin at 6.30 until 8pm at  the Cathedral Room, Cardinal Knox Centre, 383 Albert Street, East Melbourne.  Cost:  $10 cash on the night.
