• We like talking to others in the same stage of life as us.
• We make the 2 day or 4 weeknight commitment.

FOCCUS

• I/we feel overwhelmed in groups.
• We older than the group age range.
• We have a child/children.
• 4 individual sessions will be easier for us to attend.
• We prefer a more private setting.
• One or both of us have been married before
• English is my second language
