[ Click here to download program flyer ] [ Click here to register online ] Bringing Your Baby Home is a program for couples expecting their first baby or who have a baby under 12 months of age. The program assists couples to build knowledge and skills to constructively manage the many changes that occur with the birth of a child. The program was developed by Drs John and Julie Gottman and has a very strong research base. Their research found that healthy infant development, good parenting and raising children who are emotionally connected go hand in hand with parents who have a good, satisfied relationship. "The greatest gift you can give your child is a strong relationship between the two of you." -Dr John Gottman
The motto of the program is: Small things often View this overview of Centacare’s Marriage & Relationship Education Unit including interviews with participants from the Partnerships Pre-marriage Program and the Bringing Your Baby Home Program.

Thankyou" "When we saw the brochure we thought 'why not'? We have done all the other classes and thought this one looked like it would be helpful to our relationship as we really want to enjoy our baby together.
