Catholic Prison Ministry
The Catholic Prison Ministry offers spiritual and pastoral care for prisoners, ex-prisoners and their families. Chaplains advocate for prisoners within the prison system, and during re-integration into the community. Chaplains also provide community education on social justice issues and the justice system, which promotes healing, reconciliation and changes in community attitudes, moving from retribution to restoration.
